Of course it is not the web address of JRW. That 's public domain. The person Jonathan Wadham is banned from this forum. The reason why makes me curious! As long as no personal insults or ethical misbehavour can be reported one should be able to attend. I can't believe I have just read this :-a supplier of p5 parts banned from the p5 forum? I can't imagine why. How bizarre. Why do the moderators not approve his contribution and allow his contribution to be posted as other Internet forums do. Banning seems harsh. Just my thoughts.

Am I alone in thinking this constant debate about JRW is spoiling this forum.?

Am I alone in thinking this constant debate about JRW is spoiling this forum.? I don't know about spoiling the Forum Kev personally I think it has run it's course and we should just get back to none political posts kept on topic There are several suppliers of P5 parts and as Warwick wisely says "It would be wonderful if all P5 parts and service providers could happily co-exist and contribute to the forum. We need them all"I know the Forum is looked at by parts suppliers but how many have posted and said "yes I can help" apart from David Green Now that would be a great step forward Back to the Garage

Stan, you're playing "Devils Advocate" It's the detailing that is important, otherwise, why bother?! Using the wrong rubber could result in an unexpected event I think you already know that really

No Crossplies I completely understand about having the best parts you can get to ensure your car is exactly right , its just that people are still continuing to go on about who said what and who is or is'nt banned and her at number 32 had an affair with him at number 21 and so on. I think both parties need to bury the hatchet (not in each other) focus on keeping these old tubs on the road. Frankly as a new club member its putting me off! Club and suppliers need to be on a friendly footing, as Warwick posted a while back, these squabbles do not do the image of the Club any favours, regardless what transpired? Shake hands get over it. Crossplies you rightly pointed out we need suppliers like JRW to keep the cars alive and we need the club to ensure the knowledge and help is also available. Now forget boot seals and find me that Warszawa in the Uk so I can lay my childhood memories to rest!

Dave Green seems to do it more as a hobby than a business,I've found him a pleasure to deal with.

We should be thankful that people out there can be bothered to make and supply these parts for old bangers. Just think how the world would look if we all drove modern cars and nothing else! Booooooooooooooring!

I agree Admin's lack of alternative after witnessing the events. Can't understand how he kept his patience so long.
I endorse Warwick's comments entirely.
Back on topic I recommend rubber seals urgently for Stan!

Hold down a job, travel around the country buying P5's, laying out £1000's of his own money not being sure how long it will take to re-coup, and even gave up his lunch break to supply me with some parts.
Who else does that apart from David Green?
Thanks for the service you offer.

Maybe we should have a supplier recommendation thread on here? No need, we all pays our money and makes our choise. What works for one may not work for someone else, and this may end up with a "well you said they were good" comment, and off we go again . Anyone reccomend some good rubber gloves ;D

He actually had time for lunch! Jammy beggar. Lunch is for hairdressers! Us real men never eat - other than ingesting engine oil and petrol fumes!
