Nope I have not seen that pic before, I do however recognise two distinct features. The first being the P5 and the second the typical "Pierneef"-trees indigenous to Africa.

Don't know the other SA owner - maybe he doesn't have the Rover anymore? Don't see a lot of them around in SA. Do know about a Mark II that is up for sale in Cape Town. With our nice dry weather in Gauteng (province in SA) my Rover is totally rust free and an absolute pleasure to drive.
