No MOT for bikes in Malta and Merkel

Yep thats right,,,you dont need to get an MOT for your bike/scooter over here in Malta...It's called a VRT over here for cars but you dont need one for 2 wheeler..
On another note, we went for our usual morning walk around Manoel Island and just as you go over the small bridge to the island there's a coffee stop called Bus-stop Kiosk and who's sitting there looking out at all the boats along with a dozen security guards but Angela Merkel drinking a cup of coffee. The bus-stop Kiosk is usually used by the local workers on their way to work who took no notice of them... funny old world.
