Apparently getting Rover Steel Blue mixed up in cellulose is a tall order where I live! I went to 3 places who can mix anything up for you (as long as they have a code). Finally one of them said go to HMG paints, who actually make the stuff, they are based just outside Manchester. www.hmgpaint.comIt was nice to see a proper old school paint factory. you know by a river, rough end of town, very industrial. They have a trade counter. I left my petrol flap for 2 days but they only need an original paint sample the size of 20p she said. I picked it up today and just touched up a few bits on the car and lo a pretty d**n good match, impressed. They do 1 ltr, 2.5 and 5 litre sizes or you can get say 2x 1 litres etc etc. Not cheap but at least its correct and not thinned down a lot like some online suppliers do.
