There is a farm contractors not far from me who has a late 60's mini with "6" miles on the clock and it's been in dry storage since he bought it!

The video starts at 40s because that's where you copied the link from. If you remove the "&t=40s" parameter from the link's text, it'll start at the beginnnig:
P.S.: I want that nifty garage. And I'd like a Mini too. And I wouldn't mind the MGBs either.

The link doesn't change, if you copy it from the browser's address textbox. However, if you right-click the progressbar you can choose to get/copy an URL that includes the time so that the video will start for someone else at that exact time (which I find quite useful at times).
