Notice is hereby given that the AGM of The Rover P5 Club Ltd
will be held on Sunday 27th October 2019 at The DoubleTree By Hilton,
Newbury North, M4 J13, RG20 8XY, commencing at 11.00am.
The main business of the AGM is :-
• to receive the Report & Accounts for the preceding Financial year.
• to receive Reports from Members of the Committee outlining the activities of the club during the preceding year.
• to elect Committee members to replace those resigning by rotation.
• to appoint Reporting Chartered Accountants for the ensuing year.
• to consider any proposal to amend the Articles or Rules of the Club.
• to consider any other business.
The AGM will incorporate the meeting of the Regional Contacts.
The meeting is open to all current members of the Club but please bring your
membership card or copy of the latest Take Five magazine as proof of entitlement to attend.
