I just noticed that the plastic cover that retains the filter and spring on the back of the Lockheed servo on my car is missing. I accidentally knocked it off a few years ago and ever since it has only taken the slightest touch for it to come loose. I had to adjust the choke cable a few weeks ago and suspect I may have knocked it then. I found the filter under the bonnet but not the cover or the spring. Can anyone assist by advising where I can but a new one or help me by supplying a s/h cover and spring please? The alternative looks like a complete replacement at a couple of hundred pounds.

Cheers Colin. I'll order one from MGB Hive.

Just wanted to say that the Servo filter from MGB Hive seems good quality, fits and works well.
Thanks to Colin for pointing me in the right direction.

I looked for a thread on this subject this morning, but couldn't find one, so started my own. I have the cover, but not the gubbins inside it. I'll try the MGB hive too and let you know hiow I get on.

although I was the OP on this thread and bought the spring, filter and cover from MGB hive, shortly after my servo also started sticking.
After reading around various sites and having already rebuilt my servo once I decided to bit the bullet and replace it with one from John Wearing
