Looking for some advice on removing the top dash pad as mine is cracked and needs refurbishment, I haven’t looked carefully to see how it comes off and thought someone here may be able to advise? Thanks in advance.

Numerous 5/16" AF nuts underneath - great if you are a double jointed contortionist

If your dash-bar is cracked and you want to recover it then it is imperitive that you do NOT try and remove the old vynle as the vynle is not vynle at all but is actualy "LST plastic" (Low Surface Tension plastic) and heat vacum moulded. If you remove the old LST plastic it will leave crators in the hard expanding foam that is underneath it and heat stuck to. Instead fill the crack or cracks with araldite or any epoxy resin, sand smooth, and cover in a new "4 way stretch" vynle over the origina LST plastic. BE SURE to ask for 4 way stretch vynle as normal vynle only stretches 2 way and will never make the turn around the vents. 2 metres will do it. This is not an easy item to cover. Attachment Deleted
