While attending the National Rally at Weston I purchased a club badge for my badge bar. When I subsequently began fitting it one of the mounting studs became detached, despite at that stage only being nipped up for positioning purposes. I emailed the Regalia contact through the club website asking for a replacement but did not receive any response. Not having received a response I tried contacting the club chairman as a named person on the contact list but, likewise, I have not received a reply.
I am hoping that somebody from the club will feel able to assist in this matter.

Tis me!
The club is currently changing regalia officers, so I am guessing your email went to the outgoing member.
Diane Lee has just taken over the role - regalia@roverp5club.org.uk I am sure Diane will be happy to help now that all emails are forwarded to her
and our Chairman has been on holiday and only returned recently.

Andrew,
I had been advised of this post by David (Admin). I am sorry your attempted contact did not get responded to?
I have been holding the Regalia e-mail address for a short period and of course have the chairman e-mail but I can confirm that neither of these have received an email raising matters as you describe?
I have checked my spam filter and there is nothing like that held?
I have no messages on my telephone?
Also I am sorry you had a problem with the badge, I hadn't heard of such a problem before.
It seems you are now in contact with Diane and I hope you get this resolved.
If you are convinced that there is not a problem at your end, please let us know and I will get this looked into further. I am still receiving other Chairman e-mails.
Kindest regards Ray
