Hi I have noticed the steering shaft flexible joint (rag joint) is in need of repair on my 1964 3litre Coupe. What are people using as a replacement? I thought I saw a thread about using a Triumph one but which one? I also saw a thread that there is no replacement. Is there a compatible one from Land Rover? Will I have to soldier on with the one in the car?

If you pay the postage, I have one you can have.

There is no replacement from a Land Rover. I suppose one could be made from canvas/rubber belting as that is what it is

One from a Triumph TR6 can also be made to work with a little effort.
