hi , ive fitted my new servo and am going to make sure the master cylinder is set up correctly before i bleed the system. whats the best way to set up the master cylinder ?

Full details are given in the manual - if its not been tampered with adjustment should not be necessary - its essential to have the the 1/16th inch free movement on the cylinder operating rod.
To set this the pedal stop underneath the parcel shelf/bulkhead has to be set to give the pedal height 6" from the floor. The brake rod clevis must then be removed (far easier said than done if its rusted in as mine was and then the locknut so the the clevis can be moved to allow the pin to be fitted back in keeping the pedal at the topmost position. Then adjust the pedal stop again to give the right free movement 1/16th "
Insuficient free movement will cause the brakes to lock on either fully or occassionally when the fluid gets hot
