Would a P5b torque converter be interchangable with a MK111 3 Litre using a BW35 gearbox, thanks for any help

External dimensions and inside they are the same but without comparing the two side by side for the spigot and output splines its hard to say

I think all the BW35 front pumps on Rovers are the same, so everything on the transmission (output) side of the converter should therefore also be the same as well. The converter multiplication ratios and stall ratios are also the same, so my only query would be over the spigot as noted in the previous post, and the position of the mounting bolts to the driveplate.
