Or SHOULD THE SUBJECT BE- BLEEDING BRAKES!!! I am re -bleeding my brakes,as I found a slight leak at one of the flexi pipes ,on the front. When I open the bleed screw, and the pedal is pushed down I am surprised how much resistance there is .The screw hole is clear, but on other cars ,when a bleed screw is opened there is usually very little pedal resistance. The flexi pipe is clear as well .Is this normal on a P5b .Before any one says, I dont think its an RG MOD!!!!!

Don't seem right to me, is this resistance the same when bleeding at all 4 bleed points?

Is the flexible hose an old one? If so, it may be blocked internally and so needs to be renewed.

Sounds like the internal rubber tube has collapsed,it's happened a few times to other members and once to me.
E bay normally have a set listed for about £38.00.
