Has anyone got a nice close up of how the sills should end where they join the front wing? - you just can't see this in normal photographs.
My car is currently in a lock up awaiting a garage to be built for it (who's isn't) but I'll need to finish the Wadhams sills I fitted at some point and as there was no original metal in that area I can't say for sure how the joint should be finished?
Any info would be gratefully received!

Its virtually impossible to replicate as its a stepped pressing which finished the sill end very neatly under the wing edge - inseen. Its usual to do vertical ends with small pieces of plate and ground to suit

See the Sill strip postings in the P5B section - at least 3 litres did not have the strips but the sills/wing join was the same!

See these - kindly resized by Glenn This is my old saloon I did in 1993 - still actually sound! My current saloon just finished My 3 litre Coupe My current saloon before repair - the end of the sill as it turns under the front wing can just be seen in all the rust as can the bottom wing fixing nut
