Does anybody know if Turnpike Motor Company are still going? I have tried their new phone number in Suffolk several times and left messages but never any answer or reply. Perhaps just on holiday?

Well, their web site is still running. Is the number you have the same as this one? 01379 897096

I called them at 5pm and no reply. They might have finished for the day. Even so, they should have called you back if you left a message. The thing is, one never knows if someone has been taken ill etc. I will quite happily try again on Monday

If you still haven't got hold of him then he's apparently been away for a few weeks as you first surmised but Turnpike is still a going concern & should be contactable again soon.

Thanks 'theroveringmember' Turnpike Motor Company (Cliff) is my Dad who's been enjoying the sun in Aus and NZ and he'll be back I think on Monday. I daresay he'll take a few days to answer all his messages as I've had quite a few through my phone and email from those who know me already. I think there must have been a problem with his answer machine not telling people any info Happy Rovering all, I'm off to look around now I'm here ;D

Mystery solved then! Thanks very much for the info, I'll give Cliff a few days to catch up when he gets back and then give him a ring. Thanks all.
