Ok dudes and dudesses I've been debating what's to become of this old girl, as found by a user of another forum i frequent.. I think it's fate is the crusher if no-one saves it, I'll salvage some stuff before then if no-one saves it but i think it may well be a very very early one and deserves saving or at least stripping for it's rare parts.. here she is.. go here to ask questions or message me and I'll pass them on.. retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=75510&page=1Could possiblt lend a hand if someone genuinely want to save it

Been taken on by someone now, wants to turn it into a working tow car...
I'll update with his progress if anyone's interested,

I am desparate for a boot badge for a Mk 1 - I would gladly swap a repaired rear wing for it if he is interested

i like to think every car can be saved, but parking a car on grass for that long will mean it needs full sills/boxing plates/outriggers/inner wings/A posts etc etc, thats going to cost a fortune to do properly
