Boy, were we lucky with the weather or what It poured the day before and the day after but it stayed sunny and warm. Many thanks to Mel Newton and everyone else involved in arranging the event and hotel accomodation. It was an excellent turn out with the standard of the cars on show the highest I have witnessed. Report will be in the October issue of Take Five.

How many experts are needed to value a Rover? Disappointed that there was no award for the oldest P5 attending 'cos i was hoping to complete a set!

Yes it was a very nice event - relaxing and well organised even down to the weather.

Apologies but I seem to have moved the original thread off track a bit. I have received an email from Mel informing me of the many postive comments he has received - all well deserved I may add. Bright sunshine, superb cars, friendly people and putting faces to names made the day special. Do you have any photos of the national you would like to include on the website?
