* The 'easy-outs' in one of the pix below illustrate the range and size. They have an anti-clockwise flute...which when screwed into the 'drilled' hole of a broken stud will 'most' times unscrew the stud from the hole. On this occasion the sheared off bolt was too tightly merged with the alloy thread so I needed to carefully drill most of it out using successively larger drill bits. ENSURE THAT YOU ARE STRAIGHT AND TRUE whilst doing this. Its not rocket science...just take your time and be patient. The job took me a couple of hours one evening.
