I'm having my inlet manifold and rocker covers shot blasted and powder coated next week. I was thinking that the colour should be a kind of admiralty gloss grey (as evident under the inlet manifold) Can anyone give me a more accurate idea of what colour they should be? Many thanks FreddyM

well what a coincidence so am i and Ive been given the colour numbers as: c-71 ep7 rover blue/Grey, as previous m010156/d010217. I hope this makes sense to the paint people.
I have this information from a very long time member of the club who has his engine parts painted and it does look the correct colour.

Don't forget while you are at it, the elbows from the Air Filter are also the same colour of grey.

Kev, that's a great help. Is it worth machining the top of the rocker covers to highlight the ribs and ROVER logo?
Cheers
