I'm trying to trace our old family P5B! It still comes up on DVLA suggesting it may still be around somewhere. 1969 Saloon in Silver Birch ERA 648H. It was in our family some years back and I would love to know its whereabouts? Happy New Year to you all! Mike

Derby registration - was it family owned from new? What period? Coupe or Saloon?
Sorry I cannot help much though

Hi, thanks for the reply. I should have given a few more details. It was a 1969 saloon in silver birch with mulberry interior. My father purchased this car from a Rover dealer (Southern Counties Garages) in Crawley, W Sussex when it was 3 years old. He eventually sold to a friend in Dudley which was the last we saw of it!

It does not ring any bells - so many cars disappear forever, not all owners are club members or if they they do not look at this forum. It may be one of the the many "unfinished restoration projects" that so many P5's fall prey to as they can be a very big job to undertake.
However you never know - keep checking in just in case
