Hello,
After many years of admiring from afar (and attempting to bore my other half into submission) this summer should be the time to finally buy a P5B!
But, I'm also looking around for a new house at the moment, which will have to have a suitable garage, so the question is - what is the length and width of a P5B Coupe?
Modern "double" garages just don't look big enough for these old cars!

Many modern Eurobxes eg Mondeo are in fact bigger but far less spacious inside as well as boring and uncomfortable

My 3 litre goes through a 6' 6" gap between the door mechanisms, the inside of the garage is about 8ft just enough to get out as long as I don't put on any more weight. So don't be daunted by a narrow garage, the car is better inside than out.
Actually, when I measured the inside of the garage it is only 7'6" internal width, which gives you an idea of how tight you can go and still get out of the car.

;D My P5b Coupe fit inside a 'standard' sized garage built on to my house. Due to the shape of my drive I reverse it in (carefully) without any problems, so good luck with your search for a Rover P5B. Keeping it inside will help keep it nice too! Regards Adrian
