After 26 years she bursts into life am I pleased "YES I AM" only a short run up didn't want to upset the neighbours as there is no exhaust fitted yet! "well I liked the noise"! I will check auto box tomorrow when the neighbours are at work.

I think it is called a "FRANKENSTEIN MOMENT" "IT'S ALIVE!" I am pleased you got it running especially after 26 years. Good luck with the rest of it.

"FRANKENSTEIN MOMENT" "IT'S ALIVE!" Well nearly Glenn! more like the Awakening of "Sleeping Beauty" followed by the "Roar of The Dragon" I was a bit concerned starting the old girl she had a big transplant even though she has only done 32k, the block etc was acid dipped new rings, shells, camshaft, lifters, timing chain, valves and rockers, the main oil seal was machined to get rid of the old roap one and not to forget the "SD1 timing cover and EFi Dizzy" well the engine number is the same! I have to admit it was a worrying moment! lots of help and support from some members.
