It's not very easy to post only from work. Colin, I'll take the P6 (LHD) only if the P5 is not ready to go for some strange reason. Or the SD1 if the P6 can't make it. Did you see it? I talk like I'll go for sure!! Talking about places of interest,When we went to Brighton, we saw the wooden door that can seen in the movie "Quadrophenia". can you give me the adress of the place we can see the worst toilet in Scotland as seen in "Trainspotting"?

We have the kingshouse hotel next door so they can book there. Our bunk is err "interesting" but serves a good purpose and you wake up to this view or rain... Natalie is your fish lover. But we need to go to Loch fyne.

Colin, apart from the Audis and the mini, we have similar cars. You didn't have a convertible? My wife prefer the P5 to travel, so I don't think we'll take the P6, but I can make pictures. Mine is a 2200 TC and it drives almost everyday.

Only a month to go now before the 2014 SARR weekend kicks off, and only a week before the advance registrations close. If you are coming and want a speedy entrance , your name in the programme and a guaranteed attendance award, please get that entry form in the post before May 1st.
As always it will be possible to just turn up and pay at the gate so don't let this put you off.
P5 entrants as of last weekend were as follows, in case anyone is concerned that their entry form has not been received:
Cairns Galbraith Alan James Dave Newell Douglas Reid Mike Anastasio Ian Bennett Richard Jeffrey Jim Walker

In a word - WET! The day started of dry but the heavens opened after lunchtime and dropped quite biblical amounts of water onto the rally field. Moses would've struggled to keep up with the amount of water that fell from the sky. I hope everyone got away okay as Traffic Scotland reported quite a bit of flooding around the area. Here are some pics P5s P4s P6s Dave

Thank you for the pictures Dave The US specs white P6 looks like a modified car, I mean as if the owner made his own car.... The American laws make the European cars look ugly in my opinion. Anyway, it's quite a rare car

There are quite a few US spec (NADA) cars in the UK. That one is completely original and as it should be, except maybe for the police spoilers on the front valance. I'm not sure if they were a standard fit.
I know what you mean about all the additional bits on US spec cars. Some like them, some don't.

Thanks for the photos Dave looks like a good turnout. Used to have a white P6 but fortunately the UK version with the spare wheel on the boot. Think the US one looks a bit cluttered.

Three litre cars claimed all the top positions at SARR 2014 in the P5 / P5B class. Class winner was Dave Newell from Carnforth with his Mark One, URV 915. In second place came Dougie Reid's white 1965 car GXC 815 C; with Mike Anastasio's COL 760 C in third place. (Yes, that is Gus Ellis in the red shirt!) James Walker retained some honour for the V8 brigade by taking second spot in the Master Class with WNW 567 H

Well done James (not Johnny?). Is the bonnet gap just the effect on the photo?
