There are quite a few professional restoration companys in Scotland, but few have any degree of experience with the P5. Are you looking for a full rebuild service, a bit of body welding, or a respray? Which part of Scotland?
The Classic Workshop in Pollock, Glasgow; and Classic Restorations in Alyth are 2 which I know have done some work, the latter being very good but expensive.
A company who exhibited at Glamis this year were Milford Vintage Engineering of Blairgowrie, who may be worth a call. 01250 881223.

Thanks, but the Classic Workshop in Pollock is no more. The car needs the interior restored, some welding and a respray. Apart from that it is fine....

Don't want to put you off - but with that amount of work required professionally - it would probably be more realistic to find a restored car - the trouble is these cars are worth too little to spend a small (or probaby not so small!) fortune restoring. - I've probably put the cat amoungst the pigeons here, but you do have to be realistic.
Good luck with whatever route you take though

I agree - unless you are doing it yourself its much better to find a properly restored P5B - they do exist - unless you have got very deep pockets and even then you may come unstuck many have done so
