First of all you need to introduce yourself to Dirk Burrowes - (Mr. Rover America) roverp5.proboards.com/user/273www.roveramerica.comDirk can introduce you to Kent Kinard who, if my memory services me correctly, resides in Texas and has P5s. Dirk can also set you up on Eric Russell's North American Rovernet which he runs out of Canada. Then after you've been in touch with Dirk and taken advice on US parts sources, have a look at Scott's site in Australia. www.scottsoldautorubber.com.au/Rover%20P5%20P5B%203litre%203.5litre.htmDavid Green in the UK www.davidgreen-p5.co.uk/and JRW in the UK www.jrwadhams.co.uk/index.aspAnd then browse eBay and set up some automatic searches. New old stock items like light lenses turn up in the UK from time to time. Good luck. Looks like a lot of work ahead of you. If it's a Texan car, you'll probably have the same problems we have down here. Not too much rust, but the rubber, plastic, leather and woodwork destroyed by the sun.

Thanks for all the help and info guys already got in touch with Dirk and hoping to meet any other Texas resident thats on the forums.Well lets get to work Dirk will know where everyone is, but he doesn't visit the forum regularly these days. David, Ken, and Gordon are regulars but in California, Minnesota, and Virginia respectively. You'll find them here easily. (Actually I think Gordon's car may have been a Texan at one point in it's life.)

Though I've never used them, Kip Motors, www.kipmotor.com does list Rover P5s as cars they have parts for. They are near Dallas, if I remember right. David California

Welcome to he club. I also have a 3 litre, the Mk II.
Before you get to replacing rubber bits you might want to work on the mechancials a bit. The bits you mention are the penguins on the iceberg.
If you are lucky the siezed engine may free up with diesel in the bores and gentle tapping of the pistons with a wooden mallet. If not then you are in for a lengthy engine overhaul.
Next would be the brakes. Everything from the MC to the shoes and calipers needs to come off and be overhauled.
