Last Week end was the Montée Historique de Laon, more than 500 cars and bikes in the big heat, but only two Rovers, our P5 and an English P4 I hope that the following pictures will give some of you the wish to come next year so we'll make a pack under the Club banner! The lunch stop at the Guise familistère (if you want to see more: www.familistere.com/) during the saturday touristic rally On the evening, I presented the Rover at the "concours d'élégance", but won nothing On the Sunday noon, before the start of the parade The theme of the year was Renault alpine and Bugatti Then the parade began and after three turns, we stopped to see the other cars pass by Here, my wife and kids We saw the P4, but not the owners For those who wonder what is the yellow thing on the P5 bonnet, it's a little lion my son put there as a mascott

Looks like you had a good day out Cyf.
I had thought about joining you this year but the Rover just won't play nicely.
Maybe next year.

Great photos Cyf. Thanks. Like your French flag. That should have helped with the Concours d'Elegance!

Thanks Cyf. Great photos. That broken-down E-type is holding up an awful lot of traffic. It was a good thing that you brought a picnic blanket so you could sit on the grass until the tow truck arrived.

John, I hope to see some of you next year
Warwick, what broken down E type? It was just relaxing after loosing about 3 litre of coolant on the road in front of us. It was quickly fixed and they went back to England
