Hi Yossi, Hope you have a Happy New Year too. I suspect that you might be a pioneer in the fuel injection area, if you go down that path. This might be a good place to start. megasquirt.info/

I think it will improve the fueling no end from the giant carb! The inlet manifold lends itself to this option. Regds,Tony.

This looks like a good idea! But would be better with injectors nearer the inlet valves for a P5 3L. Worth a chat to them though!

It's a Throttle Body Injector system (TBI) not a multi point as in most current vehicles. It's very simple and efficient for a basic injection system whilst still retaining the look of the OEM SU carburettor. If you want more complexity/efficiency...there's plenty out there but will mean big $$$s.
PS. The 3 litre engine in good condition and behind a manual gearbox is a reasonably quick and responsive car. As far as mixture distribution goes with the OEM carburettor and manifold, these engines idle and run incredibly smoothly. A friend's car (MK3 coupe) was fitted with a 5 speed Toyota Supra gearbox. The only way to tell if the engine was running at idle was to look at the ignition charge light blinking on and off!
