Does anyone know the dimensions of the speaker under the rear parcel shelf? I am thinking of fitting a new one there, but as the car is located miles away, and will be off to the restorers (even further away) I can't get access to it with my tape measure!
Thanks

It is 6 5/8ths inch diameter with fixing holes at 60 degrees. The max height should not exceed 3.5 inches to clear the top of the petrol tank. 4 ohm impedence The speaker is fitted from the inside and lies on top of the shelf undeneath the trim board

Dead easy if you remove the back seat - this is more troublesome as its heavy The shelf will probably be stuck to the rear metal work with the soundproofing bitumen so it may need prying off. The end trims have hidden screws on the D Pillar
