My name is Sophie and I am the new Visitor Experience Assistant for the National Trust at Tyntesfield with Hugh Harris. This year I am organising our Father’s Day Classics Weekend on the 18th and 19th of June, and would very much like to invite you and your vehicle to come and join us.
Last year our Classic Car and Bike weekends drew in a record number of people and we hope to do it all again, but bigger and better. We would love for you to come and exhibit your classic cars, motor cycles, buses, trucks and bicycles here at Tyntesfield.
The event is free to exhibit at and as a thank you we offer each driver and one of their passengers’ free entry into Tyntesfield House. If you would like to exhibit at our next classic car and bike event, please complete the attached booking form and return it to
tyntesfield.classics@nationaltrust.org.uk - Once this has been completed I will send you a printable number which we would like you to show on your dashboard. This number will allow event staff to direct you efficiently on the day of the event.
I would appreciate your completed applications by Monday 6 June please. If you are registering a group to exhibit at the event, please could you tell me the maximum and probable number of vehicles that will be taking part – I appreciate this can be difficult to estimate before the day of the event, however, we need to have an idea of the number of vehicles/cycles to expect on site.

Anne and I went last year and were blown away by the house and grounds. Simply stunning. Getting free access to the house for two people is a great bonus - normally over £28. I would thoroughly recommend this event.
