Last week i went for MOT testing of my MGB and i do that with a high end restoration company where they do Maserati's, Aston Martins a Merc 190 & 300SL and several Porsches and one of the owners said that they were very busy because there are a lot of rich people investing in classic cars now that the banks don't pay much for their saving and shares are also not that good. I don't think Rover P5's are involved but if you look at Cars and Classic's, there not many P5B's for sale so i believe the prices have rised and will rise more.

Generally speaking, I think you will get better value from your " investment" if you don't drive it with the centreline of the car ( Mercedes 220 cabriolet in this case ) on the centreline of the road !
