Further guidance please. I am finding it very frustrating that I am unable to adjust my horn ring to operate when pressed at every point along the ring. I have refered to the Forum for any historic advise and the WSM section 17 is about as useful as a bucket of slugs. Any help will be gratefully received. Thanks.
My P5B 3 1/2 Ltr. Coupé has a similar problem since some time:
The horn ring does not work (anyyymore) if pressed from ca. 12:10 - 12.40 h, as expexted on the right side, where used most.
Because the MOT is in sight, I suppose this problem, apart from being annoying needs solving.
So, it might be a contact problem, to be discovered after dismantling (definitely, the Workhop manual is of no help at all!), and no spare parts needed?

There are 3 small Allen Head grub screws in the Boss unscrew them not all the way out and the ring will come off, you should see a bullet connector this is the horn earth, short it to the column and see if the horn works? if not check horn connections and horns if the purple and lack wire is shorted to earth both horns should work?
