Some pics of the process of doing your own head lining the red glow is my 4.5kw infra red heater ti keep the material warm! my head is cooked as well My one advise I would give to anyone doing their own is to pinch the frame ( I used thick twine) 1/2" narrower than the width of the car so when it goes into place the material is stretched other wise as I found out the first time you have to pinch the frame and it is a bit saggy! problem was solved with the twine

Looks great. Did you sew it up yourself?
I note you split the calipers - did they go back together properly?

Hi Philip yes I bought an old X Jaguar Upholstery machine I have rebuilt it so I am putting it to use! next thing Door Cards! The calipers went together fine new Stainless Steel Pistons and Piston Seals and Dust Covers fitted new Gallery Seals, Copper Slip smeared all over the mating surfaces then loads of grunt with a long lever through the Caliper and a long lever on the socket
