I have all my new set ( JRW purchased ) ready to fit albeit after doing my boot lid seal FIRST I can honesty say I did not enjoy doing it so im sort of putting off attempting the doors as they will be a right PITA.
From what I can see its all very labour intensive and care needs to be taken as well as good prep work before the new seals be fitted. I will get round to it but not yet and I also did think about looking for someone who has done lots of them and enjoys doing them obviously for a fee. My local P5B specialist when mentioned to him immediately turned his nose up and said no thanks. LOL.
Good luck in your search BUT they are NOT beyond the DIY'er if your feeling brave.

I remember putting a new rubber on my last coupe on the boot lid but after that it needed a heavier shutting pressure due to it not being compressed. been told warm water is a good guide when fixing .

I did all of mine a few years ago with rubbers from Scotts in Australia. The boot seal went on well and the boot soon closed as it had always done, with a gentle pressure on the handle. The door rubbers are a bit of a compromise and do not seal in places, the ones from Wadhams may be better. Do one door at a time so that you have the other to refer to and best to do it in the autumn and leave the doors closed through the winter for them to settle in. I think that it took me about 10 hours (Per door !), but I did fuss with it.

Hi Paul, I imagine a local trimming company would take on that kind of work. Anyone who does seats, upholstery, vinyl roofs I'm sure would do a door seal(s). Roy
