Do you have a defective pump? I know how to get hold of someone who used to be the guru of rebuilding them around here (I am also in Perth).
It is highly implausible that there will be a good condition, ready to use pump, sitting on a shelf somewhere.
I do however know of another person who probably has a stock of used pumps suitable for re-building.
The people I know are very jealous of their privacy, so let me know what your situation is, and I will see what I can do for you.

DJM16.I had the Rover at my mechanic in Northam(Im in Toodyay) and I asked them to see if they could locate the bad leak.I had made the bad mistake of pouring about 200ml of brake fluid from a wrong container in.They emptied it and refilled but, said it was making a loud noise.I must admit when I brought it home on my truck it had not seemed too loud but, leaked most of the fluid. Im leaving for Perth soon and was going to take the pump to a PAS firm in Gnangara.I have to admit trying to remove the pump was a major task for me.I ended up taking the dynamo and pump off together.

I think we may be at cross purposes. As soon as I read PAS, I assumed you meant the power steering box, not the hydraulic pump on the generator. My apologies.
Unlike the steering box, the pump is very straightforwards to strip and replace seals. It is also very simple and robust. To function correctly it needs a pressure reducing orifice in its outlet pipe to the steering box.
So what exactly has your mechanic done so far?
and do you need the steering box rebuilding too?

DJM16.I have an article written by another or the same Guru,HM.He has been most helpfull as always.Im waiting to hear back from JR Wadhams I tried to order the seals but when I get to checkout its asking me to pay the freight first before the order. This means I will pay two foriegn exchange payments when I pay for the parts as well.

Did you establish where it was leaking from before removing? A leak from one of the pipes is more likely than from an internal seal.
If you do decide to take the pump apart, then you may well be able to get the parts you need from Transeals/Hallite in Welshpool.

The seals are all imperial and the (bearing is metric on a P5b none on a 3lt it's a bush) all available from a good bearing supplier

Any postal charges should not be charged VAT twice. Hopefully this is not the case on your invoice. :-)

The way to order from Wadhams or Wearing is to email your requirements, they will then email you back with a single billing amount to pay including postage (without VAT!).
