How many models were made in 1971? I thought that the P6 was being produced concurrently. (P5 only or P5 and 6)

The Rover model year as with many other manufacturers commenced Sept until Aug thus 1971 models went from 1970 to 1971
Per James Taylors book - 3382 P5B's no figures are available for yearly P6 and P6B but both the 2000 and 3500 and 3500S were all in production the P6Mk11's being introduced in that model year so perhaps at their heights of production with their new grilles/door handles but still no manual V8 till 72 model year. The P6's were always produced in greater numbers than than the P5
