Got lots of useful help last time I asked about ending the sills so I forgot to ask the other question! I've fitted Wadhams sills. At the bottom there is a 90 degree bend which leaves about 1cm of metal horizontal to the road. Are you supposed to dress this back over and round the bottom of the inner sill as a flange like on a door skin? - Leaving it as it is will encourage road dirt so I'm guessing so. Also, do you plug weld it up or just dress it over and seam seal? - any advice very gratefully received.

Its not meant to be dressed although I have tried it and it looks untidy and still harbours rust. Plug/Tack weld definitely! Then seam seal
