I have just bought 4 new tyres and wonder If anyone has heard of the make? They are 'Forceum' 205/70/ r15 95h Steel belted radial. The height Is just a few mil shorter than my Kumho 80's but should be the same once Inflated. The guy at the shop says they are great for heavier cars. They are EXP70. Anyone any experience? They were under £40 each.

Noticed a strange thing on the tyres stickers; It reads',For Optimum Performance fit in direction of rotation'! On the tyres there are small arrows Indicating the rotation of the tyre.Anyone came across this before or Is It normal and I just haven't noticed In the past???

It's certainly common on modern tyres, especially performance rated ones - to get the optimum grip out of the tread pattern

They tend to have an arrow tread patten and this is to push water out in the rain. They first made it on the seen with the Goodyear eagle f1's

Does that mean that you would have to carry two spares?

Yes Humphrey, if you need 'Optimum Performance' while using a spare.
