OOH you are in a sticky mess! the screen to seal sealer should have been left until the screen was fitted, anyway the bottom seal lip should go over the trim, why you are so far away on the corner I don't understand sorry it's not normally like that, is the inner lip fitted all around the opening inside? your pics of the top side trim don't really give much information, they are tricky to fit but normally go on with a bang using a light rubber mallet on the "Corner" of the trim "Not" the flat, I am assuming you have the centre clamp in place?

Here's a picture from the inside. Is the seal sitting as it should be? and one of the headlining and screen meeting www.dropbox.com/s/jde04c8drkmbgln/P2180061.JPG?dl=0there is a deep groove that sits nicely around the bottom of the screen(see below) but at the headlining the groove faces towards the rear seat squab and doesn't really do anything. www.dropbox.com/s/96vhylyyi988kmo/P2180057.JPG?dl=0have I fitted the screen into the wrong groove in the seal? (there are two) there is something wrong but having no reference I don' know what. The instructions from Scott aren't exactly comprehensive!

The groove the screen sits in is deeper than the other one and wider than the screen, you have so much sealer on the outside pic it's hard to see what's gong on sorry the inside corner shot doesn't look right at all! the only thing you can get wrong is fitting it inside out the inside lip should fit flush to the bodywork. Scott's seals normally fit very well! have you kept the old seal? may be worth just checking you are the correct orientation ?
