Hi all
Then return pipe from the inlet manifold (Between the two carbs) to the top of the radiator is blocked. I have replaced the pipe and put a drill bit down the pipe on the inlet side to try to clean it out. But i am still not getting any flow back to the Radiator (The radiator side is free). I have though about putting a air line on to it. Does it matter if it is blocked?
Many thanks Karl

Yes it will result in localised overheating and airlocks

How do you unblock it?

A fine drill down the pipe in the manifold usually does clear it - you could poking with some stiff wire like some choke cables are made of or even compresssed air

I have already tried the drill and wire. will try the comp air root.
