Happy New Year one and all. I was going through some papers that I got with my Rover and found the price list for all the options available at the time for Rover Cars of the era (1968) it lists all the prices and part numbers. I have never seen such a comprehensive list and of course it's pre decimalisation and subject to the old purchase tax. So for example a heated backlight or window for a P5B saloon was £21 10shillings and 2pence or in decimal £21. 51pence and the Coupe was £28 17shillings and 8 pence or £28. 79 pence and Head rest front for the P5B were £12 5shillings and 10pence £12. 30 pence each. I found this fascinating.
