Standard Lucas pre-engaged from the 60s-70s. David Green secondhand or various other car electrical reconditioners. If buying a replacement ensure the solenoid has the ballast shunt terminal if you have the 1968 separate coil shunt fitted.
See SEARCH for later compact geared high torque motors

You can buy the solenoid seperately if thats all thats wrong. I found when replacing my starter that fitting/removing the solenoid seperately made the job much easier.

Some months ago there was a write up in Take Five by Geoff Arthur on a replacement starter motor and it was given 9 out of 10.
A Powerlite RAC 318 at about £200
The only problem is if you still have a ballast resistor in use as the Powerlite does not provide the 12 volt output to boost the coil voltage during start up. Easily solved by converting to a normal 12 volt coil that is powered from a live while cranking ignition connection or conversion to electronic ignition would be an even better solution but that will require a new coil at the same time. If you do not fancy that the connection can be taken from the starter relay via a diode or simple relay.
