I'm pretty certain its only the middle section that's leather John.

I had a feeling it would follow the general format of the interior John thanks but I wasn't sure so it's vinyl piping and sides just got to find the right colour leather now I have a couple of rear center arms but they aren't wide enough

Yes - Rover used vynil and plastic piping on the sides whereas Rolls Royce would have done the lot in the same leather that Rover used

Go for the full leather and add the touch of class.....

It may do Colin but that was not the Rover way

John, the answer is to get the nearest colour in the leather etc and then re-colour them to suit your interior colour.

I have aquired a headrest from David Green to make templates and the headrests are ALL leather excluding the piping

I reconnolised a pair of mulberry front headrests to buckskin about 15 years ago and the only place there was a slight reaction was on the piping -so I'd agree with the view that only the piping is not leather.
