Just picked up an old p5 first registered September 1966 Noticed some anomalies Centre clock rather than next to passenger door Pndlr column trans Under the hood no big p5b style guestbook justbtge little brass ineceith 6 or so fuses
Did some mk3 models use run out components? Also what is proper way to use reserve switch in top centre Of dash and what purpose does the toggle switch below the light switch marked main/reserve serve

Must be a mk11 not sold and registered until 1966 mk111 also stated on boot lid and thicker chrome stripes with three square chrome bits for mk111 different seats in mk11 to mk111

Very likely a late Mk2 with that gear change - the chassis number will confirm

Mk2s continued to be available alongside MK111s initially, presumably to use up stock. MK2 commission numbers start with a 7; MK111s start with an 8.
Almost certainly just a late-registered (or re-registered) MK2, they didn't mix parts between the two.
