Hey,
I have been made aware of the following restrictions on selling used car parts on eBay, but it is not unique to eBay and applies to all used car parts in the UK. Apparently:
"If you are selling second hand parts, you'll need to display your environmental permit numbers in your listing, so buyers know you are complying with the Environmental Permitting Regulations for storing and dismantling end of life vehicles."
It has been going on for a few years, but personally I have not experienced any difference buying used Rover part in the UK and having them shipped abroad.
Can somebody explain what this is all about? Is this something that has no practical implication for our hobby or are we going to see used parts for UK manufactured classic cars dry out?

It only applies to traders and many of those appear to ignore it as there was no effective policing, BREXIT may impact it but not for exports from the UK
