The screen shattered didn't it - what has become of it now. It was overpriced and hyped at the time

that grey/blue WD was a failure all round. Is the buyer of the result still a Member?

I recall viewing that particular episode when it screened in Oz. The 2 things that I recall being done on that car were the extremely expensive headers (a complete waste of money in my view) and the steering stops which were (in my view again) very poorly engineered...just welded on tabs/stops, and certainly didn't look robust enough for the job they were intended to do. Of the presenters, I always enjoyed Edd China's contribution, although I believe his fixes were definitely off piste 😉 for the P5B. I can't recall the issue with the windscreen.

The steering stops were a laugh as they bent! the screen was damaged Vince they were supposed to change it Vince

To me the the untrained eye I thought it was nice not the carpet though.
I also thought that the exhaust manifolds was a waste could have spent that money better or saved it.
Looking at that car what are your views on it, and what sort of money would you price it up at in the condition it was in then ?
The value then and now please out of interest ?
I know a car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

It depends what you want - I thought it overpriced then but now if the screen has been done it may be OK at that price if no significant wear and tear has arisen - it is in no way "original" not that it said it was. Improved is debatable then and now however
