Is there a special tool to refit the camshaft and bushes?

Yes. I really wouldn't advise that you do this unless you've done it before and know the pitfalls. Take your engine block to a proper engine reconditioning shop and have them do it. It's relatively quick and straight forward for someone who knows what they're doing. As an aside there's also a large odd ball sized welsh plug that fits behind the last cam bearing in the block.

The dimensions for a removal tool are on the 'net somewhere in a drawing. Try the V8 forum. All the bearings are different sizes. I had the tool made up and used it to remove a set of bearings, but I've not used it to put any back yet. I used 10mm studding IIRC but I'd advise going a bit bigger.

This is in the 3-litre mechanical section, so I assume your engine is a 3-litre, in which case refitting the camshaft is not THAT hard.
The nominal external and internal dias of the bearings are all identical. They are also an interference fit in the block. As such they are pretty tricky to fit.
The first task is to ensure that each bearing pair mates exactly, and that the locating pins do not result in the bearing halves being wedged fractionally apart.
The next task is to clean the tunnels in the block where the bearings sit. There will be traces of corrosion and gum after decades of sitting there. You can trial fit in each bearing tunnel before trying to introduce the camshaft with bearings. Once lined up it should slide in relatively easily.
Lastly, the special tool is just a spacer placed on the camshaft to ensure that all the bearings slide home simultaneously.
