Hi Lisa, I'm situated in OZ so can't assist by nominating a viable Chrome plating company. If you really want the wheels chromed properly (as per the Factory) then they will need to be disassembled, ie. The centre hubs removed as they are riveted together. The process of disassembling a wheel, having it properly prepared for triple plating (copper, nickel then chrome) and final reassembly of the 2 components is seriously expensive.
There is an alternative process that incorporates bead blasting the complete wheel and finishing it with a chrome paint process that is quite amazing with regard to finish. I believe there is a company in the UK that do this type of work.
*** Others closer at hand my chime in here to assist you with this option. ***

As enigmas says, the problem with re-chroming the Rover wheels is that they have to be split, which can cause its own problems, such as the new chrome being thicker than the original and the inner section not fitting back into the outer without being polished down and damaging the new chrome. If anyone was prepared to do it the cost would probably be £500 per wheel, or more and no guarantee of it lasting. I believe that David Green was the contact for wheel refurbishment with a spray chrome finish. www.davidgreen-p5.co.uk/

To give you an idea, the wheels that were rechromed back in around 1990 were around £500 per wheel then!
