I think this colour combination is superb. She looks fantastic but as Richard E would say "It just needs the sill trims" and they do set it off nicely. A very nice example, congratulations.

Very smart - any history? Its an old Derby registration - are you local? LOL - I had a "League of Gentlemen" moment there... "are you local - this is a local car for local people!" No - actually I'm down in Brighton. The car comes to me with no history other than verbal. An owner two down the line from me unfortuantley had all his history missaproprated by someone who came to see the car - I've got the guys name and number and that of Grundy Mack (who I already knew) who can give me a list of whats been done and when. But nothing in writing unfortunatley. All I can say is it seems to be a very sound car and certainly runs well.

;DSearch on Sill Trims and also Coach Lines and you will find more. The sills are also supposed to be satin black underneath the (missing) sill trim.
Have you worked out all the switches yet?
If you are really keen buy James Taylor's book - the club sells it - its the definitive fact book

I haven't clapped eyes on this one yet, there are a couple of us owners in Hove if you want to get in contact, and the pub meet was last night.
We've got the south east rover rally a week on sunday in dorking which your more than welcome to come along to. Even better if you want to give us a hand with parking etc!
For details on the rally look in events or give Ray Pickett a call. He is the local rep and can fill you in. If you just want to pop round and talk rovers then gimme a call on 420721. ;D

I see its been fiited with a non-contempory Cod start light(choke) warning light so the previous owners have obviously saw the sense of removing the unreliable AED

Is that a rubber seal I see on the front door aperture? My car doesn't have that?

Is that a rubber seal I see on the front door aperture? My car doesn't have that? Yes it is - Not *quite* sure why either. I suspect it was put there as a stopgap until the rubbers were replaced.... and they never were. As it happens they're not so bad, but I'll get some sets off of David Green and replace them all anyhow (thanks David)
