I know it may look bad Glenn but there are still a few good bits on her. Came in very handy while I was doing my car…. Had it out for its first drive last night ;D, getting close to finishing now. My dad drove that white rover for years with a 2.2 BMC diesel engine.

Hi Eclinton,
What colors did you use? It looks wonderful.

The colour used was supposed to be Cameron Green and Sage Green. However I used all the paint on four coats and needed to get more. I went to the same guy with his codes and ordered more paint, and of course it was only after starting to paint it was discovered to be darker than first lot of Cameron green… not happy as you can imaging. Nothing I can do now and I think it’s not too bad.

Eamon, that's a common fault with paint. If you have one lot and use it all, and then order another lot a couple of weeks later, even if it has the same batch number and everything else ties up you cannot guarantee getting the same shade. It's an unusual colour scheme but it does look very nice.
