Hello, I've been meaning to post a photo of my P5B Coupe for months. Better late than never! She does need some work, but is still a nice car and drives well.

It certainly looks like Cameron Green which was a P6 colour to me. Arden Green which was a P5 colour is darker than that. Is it original paint finish? or has it been resprayed in that colour Whatever, it does look a nice coupe, and unusual to see in that colour scheme.

Thank you, it's had a good run today with the roof open for the first time since I bought it a few months ago! It has been resprayed, probably at least twice. I understand that it was green with a cream/yellow roof originally, then it was changed to burgundy, before returning to green. It is indeed cameron green.

Thanks for the info. It originally would have started out as Arden Green with a Silver Birch roof. The Silver birch does look like a cream colour to some people, but I doubt if it was ever yellow. That colour was unheard of for these types of cars. Glad you had a good run out in it. If the weather up there was as sunny as it is down here it would have been an ideal day for a spin. My 3.5 was out on a run last Thursday in the sunshine, and I forgot to take my camera as I intended to photo it with the Portland Bill lighthouse as a backdrop. Oh well, next week perhaps if I have time.

No sill trims, I'm afraid. There are things on the ever growing 'needed' list before I get round to those, although I agree that they look great, and it's good to see them being made again. We're currently trying to decide if the ZT should go and the P5 should become our main family car, once rear seatbelts are added. I'd like to keep both ;D

that badge was only fitted to the 3 litre mk111, P5B's should have the small gold badge but i have seen alot that have had them changed, i think the bigger badge looks nice.

Sadly the car's gone now, up to Edinburgh. Next time I hope to find a better one, there were a few things that weren't quite right, and it didn't live up to my expectations. If I'd had the space and time, I'd have eventually sorted the car out, but it wasn't to be.
